Yo ya iba con la inteción de comprar y eso hizo rápido el proceso porque el vendedor parece que no tiene ganas de vender. El seguimiento post firma de contrato es terrible, no le dan seguimiento tú tienes que estar detrás de la agencia para que te den el auto y los documentos. Les hablas y no te contestan. L	Lourdes González on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En octubre del 2021 compre una BAIC X35 modelo 2022 color azul que tenían en existencia, cuando la vi me encanto la pintura, parece tener brillos, la venta fue rápida, de contado, en 5 días ya tenía el auto en casa... las luces son una molestia para viajar en carretera de noche porque ami parecer no alumbran bien ahora les interesa más la estética que la funcionalidad, en fin, hace unos días me di cuenta que la pintura se está levantando en la parte trasera alrededor de los sensores de reversa... es inútil la página para hacer contacto por el chat que no sirve para nada, te dicen que se contactaran contigo y es mentira nunca te llaman, por fin después de llamar varias veces me contestaron y les dije por teléfono el problema, pedí cita para garantía... fui el miércoles 9 de marzo 2022 nomas tomaron fotos y dijeron que me llamarían en 2 o 3 días para darme una cita para el taller de hojalateria 18 de marzo y no llamaron, yo tuve que contactarlos... me dieron cita para el 4 de abril, tardó 1 semana en reparación, si corrigieron el problema aunque dijeron que en Mexico no querian autorizarla porque habia un rayón en la defensa, a pesar de que el rayon no estaba cerca de donde se estaba pelando la pintura... en lo personal NO RECOMIENDO ni el producto ni la agencia, hasta el momento no solo ha sido difícil comunicarse, sino que esa falta de interés de parte de ellos, solo me decepciona. Tal vez estan rebasados con tanta gente que tienen que atender y por eso se olvidan de algunos. Si van a comprar pues armense de paciencia. Personally, I DO NOT RECOMMEND neither the product nor the agency, so far not only has it been difficult to communicate, but that lack of interest on their part only disappoints me. Perhaps they are overwhelmed with so many people they have to attend to and that is why they forget some of them. If you are going to buy then arm yourselves with patience.
