★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima empresa defraudadora, en el traslado de mi mercancía me robaron el 30% de lo que traía, y la empresa no se ha querido hacer responsable, desde hace 6 meses me tiene que ya va a salir el cheque y nunca sale. Lo peor del caso es que Profeco los protege con una ley, donde el que sale perdiendo es el consumidor. Busquen empresas serias, no patito. El servicio de atención a cliente es deprimente, lo único que hacen es desviarte la llamada y colgarte. Espero que mi pesima experiencia sean ojos y oidos para otros y no contraten los servicios de una empresa que no es nada confiable.
Terrible disappointing company, in the transfer of my merchandise they stole 30% of what I brought, and the company has not wanted to take responsibility, for 6 months I have to check the check and it never goes out. The worst case is that Profeco protects them with a law, where the one who loses is the consumer. Look for serious companies, not duckling. The customer service is depressing, all they do is divert the call and hang up. I hope that my sad experience is eyes and ears for others and does not hire the services of a company that is not reliable at all.
