Fui a la agencia a solicitar una pueza para mi moto avenger y no me dio solución. Me dijo que la pueza la tenian en Cuernavaca y que si la queria tenia que pagar el envio lo cual acepte. Pero quedo de decirme el costo y si la tenian para solucitarla y me avisaroa. Y es momento que sigo wsperando que me avisen. Llegas al lugar y parece que vvad a oedir regalado no te stienden y tampoco le ponen interes a tu asunto. Que triste es ver este tipo de atenciones directas de una agencia.

Pésimo servicio, más bien dicho que servició! Ni un hola, ni un que se te ofrece, preguntas algo y ni contestan... Así es el servicio no imagino las motos y el problema para un servicio técnico

He ido dos veces con toda la intención de comprar una moto y la primera nadie me atendió, la segunda un chico bastante corpulento me atendió, a pesar de ser amable nunca se paro de su silla y al momento (8 días después de mi visita) sigo esperando que me envíe un WhatsApp para poder enviarle la documentación solicitada para sacar la moto

Muy decepcionado en servicio la primeras vez q acudí una persona corpulenta ni siquiera se levanto para atenderme ,la segunda vez q acudí me atendió Martha muy amable y proporcione el 50 % del costo de una avenger y me comento q me avisarian cuando llegaría, pues resulta que tengo de 23 días y mi moto no llega ,el día lunes acudiré hablar con el gerente ,por q no me dan respuesta ,muy pero muy decepcionado deberían tener un mejor servicio hacia los clientes o no se si por q se compra al contado no les conviene

Was able to buy a brand new motorcycle here with ease. Staff was very helpful to make it an easy process. I should be receiving the bike today and hope everything goes as smooth as the sale. Thank you!
