Para entregar tu moto pagada de contado, te hacen esperar y hasta se hacen los dignos.
Si pides devolución te obligan a esperar de 15 a 20 días habiles, la neta estas motos tan bonitas quedan mal porque la atención del personal de servicio, son terribles y les vale si te hacen esperar, no hacen ningun esfuerzo por apoyar a los clientes, no recomiendo nada comprar ni llevar motos a servicio ahí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los vendedores necesitan capacitación, me dieron mal un contrato, me hicieron firmar hoja en blanco, y no me dejaron sacar copia al contrato despues de corregirlo.
Me manejaron un precio diferente todo el tiempo.
The vendors need training, they gave me a wrong contract, they made me sign a blank page, and they didn't let me make a copy of the contract after correcting it.
They treated me a different price every time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me entregaron la moto con el espejo derecho roto, regrese a los 5 min regrese y no dan respuesta a garantia en 2 semanas y no me dan evidencia de que ya lo mandaron a planta, no compren aquí

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace poco llevé mi moto y la dejaron mal no le hicieron el servicio bien nisiquiera le pusieron todo el aceite, me la entregaron sin lavarla a y el mecánico se fue por que tenia prisa y me la entrego la tipa de las refacciones que no sabe nada... también me vendieron piezas que nisiquiera tienen y no tienen respuesta alguna a la fecha cero recomendable no lleven sus motos ahí...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una moto nueva tuvo varios defectos me atendieron muy bien pero desafortunadamente la moto parecia usada tenia muchos detalles y no me pudieron resolver al momento
Apenas veré cuanto tardan en entregarmela
Pero pues fui a bajaj para no comprar una italika o vento y salio peor
Espero me solucionen eso ya después pondré otro comentario pero por ahora tuve una mala experiencia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La primera vez que compré una moto aquí me mintieron diciéndome que me la entregaban en 2 días y con 3 servicios gratis, un permiso gratis y un casco. Me la entregaron 2 semanas después y obviamente yo tuve que pagar los servicios. Hoy que intente comprar una moto no sé por qué de nuevo aquí ni me preguntan cómo quiero que me cobren y una compra pensada a 12 meses sin intereses se convierte en una compra de contado sin preguntarme ni nada. No pueden hacer la cancelación y mis $42000 hasta el momento están en el limbo, una lastima motos tan buenas con un servicio tan tan pobre.

They delivered it to me 2 weeks later and obviously I had to pay for the services.
