Hace más de un año compré una moto DOMINAR , la cuál incluía un kit de sliders , parrilla y canasta , hoy es día que no lo he recibido. Ya los he contactado muchas veces y nunca hay respuesta. Ya solo estoy esperando a vender la moto y no volver a saber de esta marca. Adjunto fotos , no pongo los nombres porque a mí sí me da Vergüenza.
QUE PENOSO SERVICIO , tengan cuidado con sus promociones.

More than a year ago I bought a DOMINAR motorcycle, which included a kit of sliders, grill and basket, today is the day that I have not received it. I have already contacted them many times and there is never an answer. I'm just waiting to sell the bike and never hear from this brand again. I attach photos, I do not put the names because I am ashamed.

En cuestión de refacciones quedan a deber algunas cosas básicas no las tienen y cuando es por pedido no las entregan en la fecha que prometieron

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este lugar va de mal en peor encima de que no tienen las refacciones, las compras sobre pedido no te llegan en en tiempo oh la fecha prometida y luego no contestan el teléfono, el WhatsApp de la persona encargada de refacciones nunca responde y luego ni esta que por que falto oh salió a hacer algo personal. Uno no tiene todo su tiempo es un fastidio tener que esperar para hacerle tu servicio a la moto porque las piezas no llegan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está bien ubicado, te atienden bien sin embargo el día que fuí parecía que hacía falta el personal además de que al preguntar por precios y modelos de artículos no los conocían, pueden mejorar... pero encontré el casco que buscaba.
The place is well located, they serve you well, however the day I went it seemed that the staff was needed, besides that when asking for prices and models of articles they did not know them, they can improve ... but I found the helmet I was looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo he ido por refacciones, y el Bro de gorra que atiende es muy buena onda, deberían de ponerle a alguien que le ayude por qué el hace todo ahí, contesta teléfono, busca refacciones, da precios, atiende y siempre se le junta la gente. O al menos subanle el sueldo, no sean negreros.
