★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con la nueva administracion, no estan haciendo valida la garantia de los 3 primeros servicios gratis en m. de obra. Los problemas que Bajaj tiene con sus distribuidores, no deben ser pagados por sus clientes. Cuando uno compra una moto nueva, nos garantizaron esos 3 primeros servicios, y ahora se echan para atras. Eso no es profesionalismo. Espero que den solucion a los clientes fieles de la marca.
With the new administration, are not doing validates the guarantee of free services first 3 m. working. Bajaj has the problems with distributors, they should not be paid by their customers. When one buys a new motorcycle, they guaranteed us those first 3 services, and now they back out. That is not professionalism. I hope they give solution to the loyal customers of the brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Necesitan mejorar bastante la calidad de atención al cliente, tener mas refacciones en stock, ordenar el local de manera más atractiva y respecto al trabajo mecánico me parece muy bueno pero siempre se puede mejorar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio las medidas sanitarias son pésimas, no las hay para comprar una refacción tienes que esperar aprox unos 40 minutos, y el mecánico o lo que sea que es no te atiende si la moto que llevas no es de su agrado no les recomiendo llevar sus motos de trabajo, ya que fui a ver si me hacían un cambio de chicote de cloutch y el mecánico estaba empujando una moto le pregunté que si me podía cambiar el chicote y se negó que si lo podía esperar 40 minutos que por qué estaba ocupado, fui a la Italika y ahí me dijeron que si lo cambiaban pero no lo tenían tuve que regresar y la verdad no vuelvo a ir a este lugar!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad no me es satisfactorio que me hagan dar dos vueltas la primera vez me dijeron que sí tenían una llanta y hasta me dieron marca y precio por medio del sistema de inventario que tienen pero como ya era muy tarde regresara mañana y al día siguiente que llegué me hicieron esperar por 15 o 20 minutos en lo que se desocupa un chico y cuando al fin me toca mi turno la cajera o encargada le pido que la busque pues tardó otro tanto igual para que dijera que no la encontró ? veo que no tienen orden para separar su mercancía ya que revuelven todas las rodadas y ni siquiera se preocupan por atender bien el negocio, Yo sé que tienen buen precio y surtido por eso los buscamos pero NO por eso se confíen, deben de mejorar y tener un buen servicio y atención para que se fortalezcan y no se caiga el negocio. CONTINUEN ADELANTE SIEMPRE ? tienen los medios y las posibilidades ?

KEEP GOING ALWAYS ? you have the means and the possibilities ?
