★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el colmo que después de pagar los servicios por la moto que adquirí no hay hecho el mantenimiento como debe ser á l moto después de que uno está pagando por el servicio, la batería de la moto no fue recargada, ni publicada con WD40, LA MOTO NO ENCENDÍA CON EL ELÉCTRICO SOLO A PATADA. SÓLO le revisaron el aceite la cadena y los frenos y el servicio por el que se pago es por el mantenimiento general de la moto. DE VERDAD MUY DECEPCIONADA DESPUÉS DE HABERLE BRINDADO LA CONFIANZA A ESTE EMPRENDIMIENTO Y DEFRAUNDEN ASÍ LA CONFIANZA DE SUS CLIENTES. Por esos decidí llevarla a otro mecánico donde pude constatar que no se estaba haciendo el adecuado mantenimiento a mi moto. Espero les sirva de crítica constructiva e internamente mejoren el servicio para que a futuro los clientes crezcan y no tengan experiencias desafortunadas como la mía.
It is the last straw that after paying for the services for the motorcycle that I acquired, the maintenance has not been done as it should be to the motorcycle after one is paying for the service, the battery of the motorcycle was not recharged, nor published with WD40, LA MOTORCYCLE DID NOT START WITH THE ELECTRIC ONLY KICKED. They ONLY checked the oil in the chain and brakes and the service for which he was paid is for the general maintenance of the motorcycle. TRULY VERY DISAPPOINTED AFTER HAVING PROVIDED THE CONFIDENCE TO THIS ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND THUS DEFRAUND THE CONFIDENCE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. For those reasons, I decided to take it to another mechanic where I was able to verify that my motorcycle was not being properly maintained. I hope it will serve as a constructive criticism and internally improve the service so that in the future clients grow and do not have unfortunate experiences like mine.
