★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención, lo que no me gusta es que a veces no tienen las partes primarias como espejos y cosas asi y hay que esperar a que lleguen, pero es pasable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi moto es una ns200 tablero fallido y llevo 2 meses con ella desde la primera semana fallo y aún no me arreglan el problema y pésimo servicio en Veracruz boca del río el personal ni siquiera está preparo para atender clientes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente tengo que decir, muy mala experiencia, son muy buenas motos, pero el servicio de refacciones, pésimo, más de 7 meses esperando unas refacciones y nunca que llegaron, mejor las conseguí en otro lado y a la primera, al final tuve que pedir reembolso y hasta para eso se ponen sus niños, dijeran que no me conocen y allí compré la moto desde que estaban en Juan Pablo Segundo y siempre iba a comprar mis refacciones, pero su atención pésima, lo bueno es que ya no son los únicos en venderlas y aunque debo reconocer que me salen un pelín más costosas, la atención lo vale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una experiencia en cualquier agencia de motos autos etc si se encuentra la pieza dañada se le habla al cliente para que se remplaze no se pone la misma pieza y se le cobra al cliente y se le dice hay que cambiar esto y te cobro tanto por ponerla más atención en el área de servicio no se puede cobrar dos veces para una ves limpiar y después querer remplazar una pieza y más cuando tienen en existencia lo que falla ya no volvi a su taller !!!
