★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio mecánico deja mucho que decear, ya que lleve mi moto en 2 ocasiones al servicio y no me me cambiaron el filtro de aceite, y si me lo cobraron. Afortunadamente me di cuenta antes de sacar la moto del taller.
The mechanical service leaves a lot to be desired, since I took my motorcycle to service twice and they did not change my oil filter, and they did charge me. Fortunately, I realized before taking the bike out of the workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve varios inconvenientes. En un servicio le faltaban 9 tornillos a mi moto, en otro le ROMPIERON UN TORNILLO. El dueño se molesta cuando reclamas esas cosa. No usan el aceite recomendado por la marca. Las motos son muy buenas, pero el servicio es muy malo.
I had several drawbacks. In one service 9 screws were missing from my motorcycle, in another they BREAKED A SCREW. The owner is upset when you claim those things. They do not use the oil recommended by the brand. The bikes are very good, but the service is very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quería una moto NS 160 color gris que ya estaba en celaya pero me quedaba un poco lejos la encargue aquí y me garantizaron que llegaría al final tuve que marcar yo por que ellos no me decían si llegaba o no y me dijeron que no tenían de ese color y con el tiempo que paso la que tenían en celaya se vendió y la compre ahí mismo me la entregaron sin ninguna instrucción y sin un manual pésimo servicio
I wanted a gray NS 160 motorcycle that was already in Celaya but I was a bit far away, I ordered it here and they guaranteed that it would make it to the end I had to mark because they didn't tell me if it would arrive or not and they told me they didn't have that color and over time the one they had in celaya was sold and I bought it right there they gave it to me without any instructions and without a terrible service manual
