★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato por parte de la agencia ,groseros ,arrogantes y poco resolutivos , lleve mi motocicleta a servicio y me comentaron que si servicio no tenían ningún costo , y me terminaron cobrando y quitandole piezas a mi motocicleta , argumentando que ellos no pueden ayudarme ni resolver ningún problema ,no confíen en dejar sus motos en esa sucursal .
EN LA FOTO SE VE LA PIEZA QUE LE QUITARON ES MUY SENCILLA Y ALOMEJOR MUY BARATA PERO NO SE HACEN RESPONSABLES DE ERRORES O PROBLEMAS QUE COMETEN .
Terrible treatment by the agency, rude, arrogant and not very decisive, I took my motorcycle to service and they told me that if they did not have any cost, they ended up charging me and removing parts from my motorcycle, arguing that they cannot help me or solve no problem, do not trust to leave your motorcycles at that branch.
IN THE PHOTO YOU CAN SEE THE PART THAT WAS REMOVED IT IS VERY SIMPLE AND ALMOST VERY CHEAP BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS OR PROBLEMS THAT THEY COMMIT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar no tiene sala de espera, solo 2 sillas,, así q si llega más gente no hay donde se sienten, de las dos personas q se encuentran en la recepción (si es q se puede llamar así) solo una atiende y deja de atenderte para contestar mensajes, pregunta a la demás gente q q se les ofrece y se pone a dar información, mientras te quedas esperando a q termine de atender a los demás para q puedan terminar tu tramite.
Es una falta de respeto al cliente
The place does not have a waiting room, only 2 chairs, so if more people arrive there is nowhere to sit, of the two people who are at the reception (if you can call it that) only one attends and stops attend to you to answer messages, ask the other people what is offered to them and start giving information, while you wait for them to finish attending to the others so that they can finish your process.
It is disrespectful to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes que nada leí los comentarios y se me hizo excelente lugar para confiar y dejar mi moto, la atención por teléfono es buena, la orientación para aceptar tu moto sea de donde sea fue buena, lo malo que no dan seguimiento a los servicios que dan y fue bastante desagradable llegar y que te digan otra cosa diferente a lo que comentaron por teléfono por mientras fue una vuelta y perdida de tiempo y sin ningún diagnóstico esperando otro día más... A ver si esta vez si pueden revisar la moto por otro lado hay una compensación y hasta que vea que realmente son profesionales cambiaré mi opinión
