N	Nallely Sj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima experiencia la cual comparto , El Gerente y/o Propietario arbitrariamente me bloqueó de sus contactos, por cancelar la reservación a pesar de no pedirle o exigirle un reembolso, ya que había reservado 3 días, 2 noches, pero solicitamos cambios y luego decidí cancelar debido a las condiciones metereológicas, en esos días las lluvias estuvieron muy intensas, viajábamos familias con niños pequeños. Aquí el problema fue, intentar condicionarme a que pagara la segunda noche , a pesar de argumentar que solo intentaba ocupar una(la que ya estaba pagada), debía cubrir el pago de la siguiente noche al hacer el check in, aunque no la fuera ocupar. Al final me escribieron que si procedía la cancelación, como si me hicieran algún favor, por que mi dinero no lo regresaron, solo por decirme que "procede" créanme no me están ayudando, por supuesto también dejándome en claro que no volverán a reservarme en un futuro, atendiendo de muy mal gusto y poco profesional, no lo recomiendo, no tienen actitud de servicio al cliente,no saben escucharte. Créanme por ese precio y un poquito más podrías encontrar algo en Airb&b con mejores políticas de cancelación y airb&b te respalda ante cualquier contratiempo lo resuelven inmediatamente, uno quiere apoyar al comercio local, por qué indiscutiblemente con esa atención, no volvería como huesped o invitada a algún evento. Es más váyanse a las playas de sabancuy, pueden hacer reservacion en el club de playa "La playita" ó en Playa Pink en isla aguada o solo acudir a las playas de ciudad del carmen y se hospedan en cualquier hotel dentro de la isla ó váyanse a Tulum si lo que quieren es descansar con vista a la playa en un bungalow, créame que podría costar un poquito más, pero no te atienden así, por que en resumen en bajama: -Carecen de profesionalidad, no tienen la habilidad o carisma para resolver un problema. -Cero actitud de servicio al cliente, no muestran interés en resolver sus problemas de forma agradable y espontánea (al contrario te hacen ver como si fuera un favor). El lugar es bonito sin duda, cuenta con buena infraestructura, pero por la manera tajante y sangrona de atender a los clientes, ¡ no lo vale!.
