★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful setting - learned so much about ancestral Mayan cuisine from the owner! It's more a gastronomic research project than a commercial restaurant and the concept is to preserve the traditional ingredients through modernizing it with new culinary techniques. An amazing experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed coming to this restaurant which was next to our hotel. You have a choice of different meats and different sauces. I had a dried chilli sauce with all the heat taken out- so you could enjoy the taste of chilli. All the additional accompaniments very welcome and the drinks were delicious. Reservation recommended.

Everything down to the root dishes are excellently artistic, rich and flavorful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stumbled upon this restaurant by accident but it was truly a great choice! The food here is all very regional and tastes amazing, and the host is very friendly and takes the time to explain everything. If you want to have a tast of local cuisine with jungle tastes, definitely go here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good restaurant. The food is excellent. It's a revisited mayan cuisine. You will have something that you will not have anywhere else. Expensive for the city/country, don't be surprise but worse it. I recommend the duc, it was excellent. The place is not made for kid. To finish, they have a lovely cat named Miss ?
