Hacemos panadería y pastelería artesanales. Entendemos por artesanales los productos elaborados con las mejores técnicas y los ingredientes de más alta calidad, siempre en beneficio de quien los lleva a su mesa.
Aunque consideramos 2015 como nuestro año de apertura, el viaje que nos ha llevado hasta aquí comenzó tiempo atrás. Dos talleres de panadería y pastelería nos fusionamos para ofrecer lo mejor de nuestra experiencia: el oficio aprendido y perfeccionado gracias a diversos viajes, cursos, personas, libros, pero sobre todo, con el trabajo de cada día.
Nuestra filosofía de trabajo se fundamenta en procesos que suman calidad a las características organolépticas de los productos; es decir, nos importa que se vea bien, pero que también tenga un sabor increíble. Desde una perspectiva técnica lo anterior se traduce en largas fermentaciones a bajas temperaturas; empleo de diversos prefermentos; altas hidrataciones de masas y granos; masas madre de diferentes harinas; laminados impecables; y técnicas de pastelería de vanguardia.
Queremos que los profesionales del ramo, así como los consumidores, olviden los procesos industrializados, los conservadores, los alimentos hechos de formas poco amigables con la salud y el medio ambiente. De ahí nace nuestro interés en la difusión de nuestra filosofía de trabajo a través de cursos y diplomados.

The waiters don’t come identify which is great, you can concentrate on your work and if you need them -just ask something .
Everything is delicious!
Only one small thing is the coffee cups are small and not comfortable to hold?I had to order 2 cappuccinos!
But suggest you to come here and enjoy time ❤️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we went It was 10am and they had almost nothing, only chocolatín and salty bread, good enough products, no juices, only Coffe and milk. The attention very average, not rude but not very kind, the spot Is great though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This became our go-to morning ritual during a two week stay recently in Polanco. Great coffee and baked goods in a charming neighbourhood. Nice tables outside to enjoy the great weather. Staff able to comprehend a terribly unilingual english speaker's order.

There are lots of fresh bread and desserts to choose from. The outdoor seating is very nice as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy we found this place. The bakery items were absolutely delicious! The Concha was SO soft and the flavor was very nice. We also got the Hazelnut pastry and it was loaded with a delicious filling AND crunchy hazelnuts on top.
