★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El bolillo tiene un rico sabor, es suave con miga cremosa (no gomosa) se desenebra como un buen queso Oaxaca, ligeramente crocante por fuera, cuando está recién hecho, te comes mínimo uno puro, también se conserva en el refrigerador, no se hace duro como el del kiosko (lo metes a refrigerador y se vuelve un arma mortal al día siguiente)
Tienen un pan dulce relleno de queso crema, graseado y con trozos de nueces, se los recomiendo.
Lo único que le falta a esa panadería para ser perfecta sería budín, pero no hacen porque se les acaba el bolillo ?

They have a sweet bread filled with cream cheese, greased and with pieces of nuts, I recommend them.
The only thing that bakery needs to be perfect would be pudding, but they don't do it because they run out of bread ?
