★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta el lugar, el concepto, la música, los coaches son buenos.
Si es tu primera vez haciendo ejercicio para nada lo recomiendo ya que las rutinas son de alta intensidad y los coaches no tomarn en cuenta tu inexperiencia.
Si tu intención es adentrarte en el box, tampoco es el lugar ya que no enseñan ni corrigen tecnica, nada personalizado definitivamente solo es un sitio para ir a seguir rutinas con animadores.
I like the place, the concept, the music, the coaches are good.
If it is your first time exercising, I do not recommend it at all since the routines are high intensity and the coaches will not take your inexperience into account.
If your intention is to get into the box, it is not the place either since they do not teach or correct technique, nothing personalized is definitely just a place to go to follow routines with animators.
