★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de pedir un café americano para llevar y al probarlo el café sabe a agua. Le dije a la dueña ya que ella estaba atendiendo, y de manera totalmente despota me dice que a ella nunca le an dicho que sus productos no están bien. Que lo único que puede hacer es cobrarme por ponerle mas café. De buena manera le digo que vea el color de su café y aún así me dice que no puede hacer hacer nada porque sus productos jamás tienen quejas y que si quiero que pague extra o me vaya. Que falta de respeto!
I just ordered an American coffee to go and when I taste it, the coffee tastes like water. I told the owner since she was attending, and in a totally despicable way she tells me that they have never told her that their products are not good. The only thing you can do is charge me for putting more coffee in it. In a good way I tell him to see the color of his coffee and yet he tells me that he cannot do anything because his products never have complaints and that if I want him to pay extra or leave. What a lack of respect!
