★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked through Expedia and between the resort and Expedia we were canceled with no notice and no avail to re book.We already have booked flights,passports etc for 8 people dec 28th through the 31st.I am extremely disappointed and Expedia says contact resort but we can’t get through

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in the palapa of Balam-ha and the senote was just under our house. It was an amazing jungle experience with soooo many animals and voices during the night and day. A bit warm as there is no AC but during the night the wind and fan did the job. The palapa is well designed and is integrated with the nature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful time staying at Cenote Balam HA. The place is incredibly beautiful; it's in the middle of a jungle (we were fortunate to see spider monkeys there two days in a row :)) with a beautiful cenote where you can enjoy quiet nature, swim with cute fish and small turtles, and snorkel. The family that owns the apartments was very kind and sweet! They were always available to help us and gave us lots of great advices for places to visit. We also did a temazcal ceremony with their shaman, that was a truly unique experience!
We highly recommend cenote balam-ha and cannot wait to visit it again in the future <3
