It is not that good. Nice, historic, but low range for comfort.

Pros: Comfortable stay, pro customer service. Great location. Cons: the front door could be improved. The hotel is not placed to the Google maps

To pay with credit card is not possible. The sign which says "... currently no pay with credit card..." is there for a looong time! I guess the don't want be paid by credit card anymore. So I must go to an ATM and pay again for cash. Bad hotel! Booking does not care about the remarks of this hotel at booking.com.

Worst service and expirence ever. AC was broken, those things happen, but than nothing but bad service. Room was 32 degrees Celsius, so you needed cool water even to survive, but then we had had to pay for this too.... And shower was broken, but hey deal with it, nothing to ease the experience. Will never recommend!!!

No hot water - in fact, no water coming out of the tap at all from hot water tap. Very small room. No safe in room or at desk. Had to ask for more than one towel. Very thin and rough. All soap the same for hands for shower or hair - unknown bulk liquid. Thin blanket that has seen better days. Not sure if it had been washed. Staff helpful but spoke zero English.

Don’t go. Next to a nightclub, couldn’t sleep till 4AM. The music is very loud.

Clean hotel, nice staff. We only stayed here one night. Maybe we were unlucky but it was very loud at night. First loud music feom.a nearby bar until one in the morning, later one of the staff members started a call wizh someone on loud speaker right in front of the rooms. The balcony is no balcony as such, you can hardly stand alone outside. Its tiny tiny. They do have a terrace on the roof but you cannot use it. There are no chairs there or anything. It is just being used to dry clothes. Breakfast was ok, except for the coffee...it was thinner than tea with no taste at all, we didnt drink it. There is a really nice breakfast place just arround the corner. Luan cafe. For just a little more money than in the hotel they serve delicious breakfast. All in all the stay was ok but we have had definetaly better for the money with quite better sleep.
