hace una una semana mi mamá y yo fuimos por primera vez a una cita, yo a revisión y ella por un problema delicado en su vista, el Dr nos atendió 3 horas después de la hora en que fuimos citados.
Nos cito en otra fecha a las 11:30, cancelando el mismo día y pasando la cita para las 5 pm, la sorpresa fue que no llegó, gastamos en pasajes y en la cita anterior que no sirvio para nada. Perdimos dinero, tiempo y sin solución al problema.
BAD ATTENTION AND FORMALITY
A week ago my mom and I went for the first time to an appointment, I went for a review and she had a delicate problem in her eyesight. The doctor looked after us 3 hours after the appointment.
We quote on another date at 11:30, canceling the same day and passing the appointment for 5 pm, the surprise was that it did not arrive, we spent on tickets and the previous appointment that did not help at all. We lost money, time and without solution to the problem.
