Pésima experiencia, se solicitó la cotización de un cople Falk y la disponibilidad, nos dijeron que lo tenían de entrega inmediata y con un costo de $3,300.00, se solicitó el cople y nos pidieron pagar el 50% del cople para traerlo (falsa entrega inmediata), se hizo el pago total del elemento, ya para ir a recogerlo, el vendedor nos comenta que hubo un error con su proveedor y que el precio del cople era de $7,500.00.
Con cotización previa y el pago realizado, se negaron a entregarnos el cople y respetar el precio, las alternativas que nos dieron fue pagar la diferencia restante o devolvernos el dinero.
FALTA TERRIBLE DE SERIEDAD Y PROFESIONALIDAD, PÉSIMO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE.

Terrible experience, the quote for a Falk coupling and availability was requested, they told us that they had it for immediate delivery and with a cost of $3,300.00, the coupling was requested and they asked us to pay 50% of the coupling to bring it (false immediate delivery) , the total payment of the element was made, and to go to pick it up, the seller tells us that there was an error with his supplier and that the price of the coupling was $7,500.00.
With prior quote and payment made, they refused to give us the coupling and respect the price, the alternatives they gave us was to pay the remaining difference or return the money.
TERRIBLE LACK OF SERIOUSNESS AND PROFESSIONALISM, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
