We Just purchased our vacation home in bali And we love it,weather and all the parks are 5 minutes away.

It is a nice place to rent for a family vacation however, there are items to keep in mind that if you do decide to rent in this family oriented neighborhood where the majority of people who reside here are owners of their own house: Please be responsible for your children and their actions; There are many owners who live in their houses and do not mind vacationers however it would be considerate to clean up after yourself, put equipment back in its place after usage and respect the common grounds as they are an extension of the owners personal property; The owners have invested a great amount of money in the equipment and the services, the gardener and maintenance staff is not the vacationer’s personal cleaners or child's daycare; The owners have a strict policy on their rules of safety and do not encourage children to play with or remove tree branches or ruin plants and use equipment in a disrespectful or in a manner unintended; Remember you are a guest and the owner will always have preference over the renter and have privilege to respond if they do not agree with the way the renter is using the facilities; there are many small children who live and play in the common grounds therefore we have 0 tolerance for music with profane language, horseplay where as the house owner of the rented property will be fined and the police will be contacted if necessary. Rules must be obeyed and respected. There is also a sport club facility and the same rules apply. If you are using the gym, please respect the equipment and give people an opportunity to use the equipment in between your reps while resting. despite the fact that it's a brand new neighborhood and there's so little places to get food or like a market, the houses are so beautiful and it does have green spaces where you can spend some time doing jogging.
