Pésimo personal, nula capacitación y cero ética profesional. No cumplen con el tiempo de entrega y tienen pésimo servicio al cliente. No lo recomiendo
Never ever buy a house from this builder.
Terrible staff, no training and zero professional ethics. They don't meet delivery time and they have lousy customer service. I do not recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tengan cuidado si comprar ahí hay falta de agua y muchas cosas mas, lo mas chistoso es que si reportas que falta el agua el supuesto encargado de abrir las llaves de nombre LUPE se molesta y te quiere agarrar a golpes COSA QUE NO PERMITI Y AL PONER MI REPORTE SEGUN NO LE HICIERON NADA QUE POR QUE DICE QUE YO LE AVENTE LA CAMIONETA, LA VERDAD MUY DESEPCIONANTE NO LES RECOMIENDO QUE HAGAN LA MISMA ESTUPIDES QUE YO HICE AL COMPRAR SU CASA EN FRAC. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no contesta las llamadas y no más no te dan una respuesta para la entrega de la casa, se quieren limpiar las manos todos echandose la bolita uno al otro y aparte ya tengo 6 meses de que me entregan la casa y nada. Son buenos para luego luego rebajar el infonavit, pero para entregar no.
Terrible service, they do not answer the calls and they just don't give you an answer for the delivery of the house, they want to clean their hands, all throwing the ball to each other and besides, I have already been given the house for 6 months and nothing. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cumplen con fechas de entrega. hace un año y dos meses compre la casa con credito infonavit y aun no me entregan la casa. Fui a ver la casa por mi cuenta y la estaban usando como bodega de materiales, estaba en mal estado y al parecer como dormitorios por los trabajadores, se miraban tendidos para dormir en el suelo. Cada vez que llamo me posponen la fecha de entrega.
They do not meet deadlines. A year and two months ago, I bought the house with an infonavit credit and they still haven't delivered the house to me. I went to see the house on my own and they were using it as a warehouse for materials, it was in poor condition and apparently as bedrooms for the workers, they looked at each other lying down to sleep on the floor. Every time I call they postpone the delivery date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues definitivamente es una decepcion el hacer tarto con esta inmobiliaria, la casa con demasiados detalles que he tenido que ir reparando poco a poco, ahorita lo mas notable son las multiples goteras y filtraciones de agua, y ante los reclamos nadie se hace responsable, sorprende ver el cinismo e indeferiencia con que actuan las personas a cargo. Un buen consejo atodos los que me lean, no inviertan su dinero con ellos.

Lo único seguro aquí es que te den pretextos p3nd3jos para no entregarte tu casa, repararla o siquiera darte los accesorios. A algunos nos entregaron 6 meses después y otros más del año. NO COMPRE AQUI . Ni se diga cuando llueve
