Además, estaba preocupado por el servicio después de la venta si se me llegara a descomponer el bidet, así que cuando fui a la tienda ballenam y confirme que es un servicio muy amable y profesional, compre el BA-300R.
Como la taza del inodoro es un modelo rectangular, no fue posible determinar si la instalación era posible solo con las dimensiones. Puede comprar el producto con tranquilidad. Además, una vez tuvimos un problema con la electricidad, le pedimos a ballenam que la reparará, pero después de 3 días la reparación se completo y la respuesta fue muy útil

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve la oportunidad de usar los bidets y realmente tengo que decir que a nuestra cultura le ayudaría mucho el empezar a tener este excelente hábito,es muy fácil de instalar y la higiene que proporciona así como la comodidad es inigualable. En ballenam además de tener un excelente servicio sus costos realmente no son elevados para los beneficios que se obtienen al comprar un bidet. Si me preguntan que tanto recomiendo Ballenam mi respuesta es 100%

Ha sido muy grato saber que los podemos encontrar aquí en México y, mejor aún, a través de un distribuidor establecido como Ballenam. Además del bidet en sí, la atención y el servicio recibido ha sido de primera, siempre orientado a la satisfacción del cliente.

Excellent product quality, far exceeded my expectations. They have practically all the functions that are included in any advanced model you find in Japan. El que Ballenam esté en México es una gran ventaja ya que su mantenimiento es mas fácil y menos costoso que los Bidets de otras marcas que no cuentan con servicio técnico y refacciones. I have acquired for my parents that they are of legal age and it has turned out to be a very useful instrument for their health and hygiene that has kept them healthy for 4 years. The fact that Ballenam is in Mexico is a great advantage since its maintenance is easier and less expensive than the Bidets of other brands that do not have technical service and spare parts. El ajuste de presión y temperatura es lo mejor porque definitivamente cada quien tiene sus preferencias. Además el asiento es super cómodo y me siento mucho mejor de reducir significativamente mi uso de papel de baño.
One of the best investments I have ever made. I love my ballenam bidet !!!! It works perfect! The pressure and temperature setting is the best because definitely everyone has their preferences. Plus the seat is super comfortable and I feel so much better from significantly reducing my use of toilet paper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este local tiene bidets como los que se usan en Japón, yo buscaba un bidet para taza pequeña y aqui lo encontré, excelente atención de los señores Muramatsu, durante mi compra en su tienda fueron sumamente amables y me explicaron a detalle todo sobre el funcionamiento e instalación del mismo, son muy profesionales, tienen garantía en sus productos y ademas ofrecen servicio de reparación e instalación asi que recomiendo mucho comprar con ellos. Un bidet es la mejor opción para tu salud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo quería un asiento de estos después de conocerlos en Japón. Al encontrar a Ballenam me puse en contacto con ellos y me dieron todo el asesoramiento necesario de forma rápida y amable. Compré un asiento, me llegó rápido y las instrucciones son muy claras. Además, los hoyitos para colocar el asiento en mi taza eran más pequeños que los tornillos y me los mandaron ya cortados a la medida. Lo instalamos sin problemas y es una maravilla!
I wanted a seat of these after meeting them in Japan. When I found Ballenam I got in touch with them and they gave me all the necessary advice in a quick and friendly way. I bought a seat, it came quickly and the instructions are very clear. Also, the holes to place the seat in my cup were smaller than the screws and they were sent to me already cut to size. We installed it without problems and it is wonderful!
