En lo personal me han ayudado muchísimo. Llevo desde enero 2017 con ellos en red cord training y las contracturas que me han dado son mucho menos frecuentes y más ligeras.
Lo único que les falta es más clientela!

Personally they have helped me a lot. I have been with them in red cord training since January 2017 and the contractures they have given me are much less frequent and lighter.
The only thing they lack is more clientele!
