★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio enmedio de una emergencia me dijeron si y a la mera hora segun fueron ya por las unidades dejandonos sin vehiculo en el medio de la nada cuando ya habian confirmado. Le pongo 1 estrella porque no me deja poner -0 estrellas . Pesimo servicio.
 Terrible service in the middle of an emergency they told me if and at the mere hour as they were already by the units leaving us without a vehicle in the middle of nowhere when they had already confirmed. I give it 1 star because it won't let me put -0 stars. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de 4 años de ser cliente, por primera vez me han dejado con mal sabor de boca, ya no es la atención de antes, camioneta rentada, pagada por adelantado y con cambios de fecha, y variación en la información, al final decidí renovar sobre el mismo y por más días para no tener temas con la devolución y me queda claro que una opinión no es todo lo del establecimiento, pero a mí gusto ha bajado la calidad de atención.
After 4 years of being a client, for the first time they have left me with a bad taste in my mouth, it is no longer the service it used to be, a rented van, paid in advance and with date changes, and variation in the information, in the end I decided to renew about it and for more days to not have issues with the return and it is clear to me that an opinion is not everything about the establishment, but to my liking the quality of care has dropped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pongo una estrella porque no aparece la opción de 0, Pésimo servicio, el personal muy apático en su atención pareciera que están de malas y que te hacen un favor, ademas el dueño del negocio es muy despota y soberbio, me imagino que de ahí se origina su mala atención.

Everyone from the staff was pleasant to deal with, prices are the lowest I've seen anywhere (Pachuca or CDMX), the car was in good condition, and the whole process was smooth and transparent. No hidden costs, no small print, no doubts. Highly recommended! But be sure to arrange a car in advance esp. in high season, double especially if you want an automatic one.
