Acudí para adquirir algunos productos y me estaba atendiendo una chica muy amablemente, cuando de repente se acercó otra chica de rastas con una actitud muy grosera para interrumpirnos...esa actitud y forma en qué se dirigió realmente me quitó las ganas de seguir comprando.
Tengan cuidado con situaciones así por que eso les genera mala imagen ante nosotros los clientes.
 Yesterday I had a very unpleasant experience in the store.
I went to buy some products and a girl was attending me very kindly, when suddenly another girl with dreadlocks approached with a very rude attitude to interrupt us ... that attitude and way in which she addressed really took away my desire to continue shopping.
Be careful with situations like this because that creates a bad image for us as customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención de la chica, solo pregunte por un aceite para difusor y termine comprando todo menos eso. Los productos cuidan el ambiente, son marcas mexicanas y con aromas naturales y frescos.
Excellent attention from the girl, just ask for a diffuser oil and end up buying everything but that. The products take care of the environment, they are Mexican brands and with natural and fresh aromas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this shop! All Mexican brands with a natural focus – and nothing tested on animals. I bought a gorgeous red lipstick with a nice texture for 230 pesos plus a beautiful tinted lip balm for about the same price. Good vibes from the women working here both times I’ve been as well.

Everything is made in Mexico from organic ingredients and with different social ends, some of the brands they carry focus on zero-waste production, others in reactivating communities, using local and seasonal ingredients, etc. The owner is very much involved with the brands they sell and provides samples of all the products.
