★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio las cámaras de vigilancia solo las tienen de adorno y no tienen estacionamiento privado me robaron una camioneta y cuando quise ver los vídeos resulta que decían que no se veía nada que tapaban unas ramas y luego decían que no funcionaron las cámaras ese día muy mal esta empresa deja mucho que pensar al tener 2 versiones de la seguridad de sus clientes
Terrible service the surveillance cameras only have them for decoration and they do not have private parking they stole a truck from me and when I wanted to see the videos it turns out that they said that they did not see anything that they covered some branches and then they said that the cameras did not work that day very badly this company leaves a lot to think about by having 2 versions of the security of its clients

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para comenzar No me gustó ya que llegamos como a las 9:30 de la mañana y aun no tenían listas las albercas les faltaba limpiarlas y llenarlas de agua ya estuvieron listas como a las 11:00 y a las 5 de la tarde ya las estaban vaciando para que la gente no se metiera a bañar no se si pase todos los dias esto pero fue mi primer vez que fui y no me quedaron ganas de volver.
To begin with, I didn't like it because we arrived around 9:30 in the morning and the pools weren't ready yet, they needed to clean them and fill them with water, they were ready around 11:00 and at 5 in the afternoon they were already emptying them so that people wouldn't go to bathe I don't know if this happens every day but it was my first time I went and I didn't want to go back.
