★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de ayer no hubo agua caliente el cual me cobraron 50 pesos por persona. Toboganes no estuvieron prendidos. En la mayor parte del día los prendieron alas 4 de la tarde comentaron los empleados que tenían fallas en el cervicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para pasar el dia, hay asadores y tiene toboganes que es la principal atracción, el agua es caliente tanto en albercas como en las regaderas, lo recomiendo ampliamente. No dejan acceder con cerveza o bocinas.
Excellent place to spend the day, there are grills and it has slides which is the main attraction, the water is hot both in the pools and in the showers, I highly recommend it. They do not allow access with beer or speakers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desgraciadamente la alberca del la carabela tiene demasiado moho, no deberían de permitir esto más aún cuando es la alberca que más visitan los bebés y niños pequeños, de pena ajena...
Se agradece que la música no incluyera música de cantina o reggaeton vulgar. Solo una observación, es extraño que una instalación comercial no tenga para el servicio premium de 100 por mes.
Nada que no se pueda arreglar.
De las demás instalaciones muy bien, agradable para toda la familia y precios justos
Unfortunately, the caravel pool has too much mold, they should not allow this even more so when it is the pool that babies and young children visit the most, to the shame of others...
It is appreciated that the music did not include cantina music or vulgar reggaeton. Just an observation, it is rare for a commercial facility not to have for the 100 per month premium service.
Nothing that can't be fixed.
Of the other facilities very well, pleasant for the whole family and fair prices
