Mis compañeros y yo fuimos a comprar unas enchiladas y panvasos (ya que era lo único que tenía) a lo cual nos pregunto que si teníamos cambio... A eso yo le respondi que si tenía de uno de $100.00 sabiendo que sería aproximadamente $95.00 por lo que pedimos y ella MUY GROSERAMENTE respondió que NO, que si queríamos comprar que era con cambio y si no, que no compramos nada... Total nosotros le respondimos que se tranqulizara, que le queríamos consumir, de ahí se altera más y nosotros nos fuimos sin antes decirme que esas no eran forma de tratar un negocio y la señora hasta "frente de nopales" Nos tacho SOLO POR NO TENER CAMBIO... Todo lo demás lo recomiendo si algún día van NO COMPREN EN EL "RESTAURANTE LA HERRADURA".... las señora que se ponen a un lado de la piscina con su puesto de micheladas y frituras tienen un 10 EN SERVICIO Y ATENCIÓN!!! The place is very good, cold water pools, very accessible green areas, however what I did not like was the restaurant La Herradura which is located inside the spa... My colleagues and I went to buy some enchiladas and panvasos ( since it was the only thing she had) to which she asked us if we had change... To that I replied that if I had one of $100.00 knowing that it would be approximately $95.00 for what we asked for and she VERY RUDELY replied that NO, that if we wanted to buy it, it was with change and if not, we didn't buy anything... In short, we told him to calm down, that we wanted to consume him, from there he became more upset and we left without first telling me that these were not the way to deal a business and the lady even "in front of nopales" She crossed us out JUST FOR NOT HAVING CHANGE... I recommend everything else if you ever go DON'T BUY AT "LA HERRADURA RESTAURANT".... poolside with its michelada and fritu stall ras have a 10 IN SERVICE AND ATTENTION!!!

Pero las instalaciones están muy descuidadas, los baños sucios, sin agua en las regaderas, ya todos los pasillos con sin cemento, y al pisar entras con lodo al alberca, creo que puede mejorar, es un buen lugar, espero no lo dejen caer. It is a good place to go with family, friends, to spend some time in the pools, roast meat or a picnic. But the facilities are very neglected, the bathrooms are dirty, without water in the showers, and all the corridors have no cement, and when you step on you enter the pool with mud, I think it can improve, it is a good place, I hope they do not let it fall.
