★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tal vez se hubiera merecido las 5 estrellas pero las albercas no estaban mui limpias estaban medios llenas fuimos entre semana posiblemente x eso el descuido de las instalaciones la atención súper linda de todo el personal esperemos ir un fin de semana haver si cambiamos esas 4 estrellas
 Perhaps it would have deserved the 5 stars but the pools were not very clean they were half full we went during the week possibly because of that the neglect of the facilities the super nice attention of all the staff we hope to go on a weekend if we change those 4 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar para ir el fin de semana con la familia, es algo pequeño pero cuenta con lo basico y ademas tiene alberca con agua caliente aunque deberian cambiar mas seguido el agua de las albercas
Good place to go on the weekend with the family, it is somewhat small but it has the basics and also has a pool with hot water although they should change the water in the pools more often

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos prometieron agua templada y nada que ver, la alberca del fondo la estuvieron limpiando la mayor parte del día, y había algunas personas pasaditas de copas en el lugar. La alberquita techada es la mejor aunque esta muy clorada.
They promised us warm water and nothing to see, the pool at the bottom was being cleaned for most of the day, and there were some people having drinks in the place. The covered pool is the best, although it is highly chlorinated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El 13 de marzo de 2022, nuestra familia nos encontramos 4 albercas de agua sucia con tierra asentada al fondo y el agua muy helada. La encargada nos dice que por ser día calurosos las calderas no se encienden.
Si piensas visitar este balneario, considera que te cobran todo, sillas, mesas, regaderas, camastros.
Realmente, por lo que uno gasta en este lugar, vale la pena desplazarse 90 minutos hacia hidalgo para disfrutar balnearios de mejor calidad.
On March 13, 2022, our family found 4 dirty water pools with settled earth at the bottom and very cold water. The manager tells us that because it is a hot day, the boilers do not turn on.
If you plan to visit this spa, consider that they charge you for everything: chairs, tables, showers, lounge chairs.
Really, for what one spends in this place, it is worth traveling 90 minutes to Hidalgo to enjoy better quality spas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para disfrutar un fin de semana ya que cuenta con hospedaje,tiene lugares especiales para hacer fiestas a precios accesibles, excelente atención,puedes hacer carne asada o consumir ahí mismo venden variedad de comida hay alberca con agua tibia.
