★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primero que nada la chica que nos atendió en la entrada fue muy prepotente, (cuando nos teníamos que retirar no lo pidió de una manera amable si no que nos corrió) el lugar esta muy descuidado, hay muchos juegos que están en muy mal estado y las areas "verdes" no son verdes todo esta muy seco y muy maltratado todo y para acabarla la alberca techada no esta en funcionamiento y no te lo dicen en la entrada.
-El agua es muy fría
-"el mi ni súper" no esta para nada surtido
-Los baños esta horribles y tienes que echarle agua con una cubeta
Yo le recomendé a mi familia el lugar por las fotos y las recomendaciones pero pesimo lugar no lo recomiendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta bien de pasadita, punto por la cercanía a las pirámides de Teotihuacan, puedes ir a las pirámides y después ir al balneario. Sin embargo, el lugar podría estar mejor, los baños y vestidores horribles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo recomiendo. El acceso es de $100 pesos x persona. Está a 5 minutos de la zona arqueológica de Teotihuacán. Piden ir a las Pirámides y después a darse un chapuzón. Hay quesadillas de $25 pesos, Micheladas de a $80.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El acceso es tortuoso, es camino de terraceria mal cuidada con muchísimos baches.
Las personas pueden accesar sin hacer tanto tiempo de espera. El precio por persona para ingresar no es caro.
Mucho lugar para estaciónamiento.
Tiene 2 albercas no tan profundas y 2 chapoteaderos que tienen toboganes y resbaladillas muy peligrosas para los niños si no están acompañados pues la pendiente esta muy alta, la velocidad es rápida y no tienen donde amortiguar la caída.
Lamentablemente no son albercas con sistema de limpieza ni calefacción, el agua permanece fría y solamente con canastillas hacen limpieza de hojas e impurezas, es una verdadera tristeza.
Tiene área de asadores y palapas, eso es sensacional.
Uno puede ingresar con comida y bebida.
Dentro de las instalaciones existe una tienda que no está bien abastecida.... Por ejemplo no vende hielos.
Existe poco comercio ambulante.
El área destinada para los vestidores cumple con su función.
Lo que sí está para llorar son la zona DE BAÑOS no tienen servicio hidrosanitario, hay que vaciar agua manualmente sobre los wc que están viejos y sucios.
No hay lavabos.
La verdad no quisimos entrar a la zona de regaderas.
Es un gran espacio, la idea es buena pero se deberían ocupar por brindar y mejorar un servicio de sanitarios y regaderas.
La zona tiene restricción del INAH pero eso no obstaculiza el espacio para disfrutar.
Considero que es medianamente aceptable el lugar para disfrutar de una calurosa tarde.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es grande más sin en cambio sólo está disponible una alberca con chapoteadero, las instalaciones no se encuentran en óptimas condiciones para ofrecer un servicio (los baños super sucios y las regaderas por igual y estas no tienen agua caliente).
Las áreas verdes están muy descuidadas y no cuentan con servicio de cafetería y no venden bebidas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sus albercas que se supone son de agua tibia no funcionan, las que están en servicio no tienen la calidad de higiene adecuadas aunque los juegos para niños y niñas son variados para que la pasen bien en ellos, considero que si deben prestar más atención a sus albercas para que la gente recomiende y regresen con la entera satisfacción que podrán disfrutar de un ambiente de calidad.
Their pools that are supposed to have warm water do not work, those that are in service do not have adequate hygiene quality although the games for boys and girls are varied so that they have a good time in them, I consider that if they should pay more attention to their swimming pools so that people recommend and return with the complete satisfaction that they will be able to enjoy a quality environment.
