Cuando fui, había algo de basura alrededor de las piletas de agua y aunque las instrucciones lo mencionan, había gente literalmente bañándose con jabón.
Hay un cuidador, un señor ya mayor, que también se estaba bañando con jabón en las piletas durante la estancia.
En mi caso, me quedé a acampar en el lugar. Sobre esto no hay detalle ya que te cobran $20 pesos por persona, que es súper barato y está bien, pero ojalá ese dinero fuera al mantenimiento del lugar ya que si bien no está lleno de basura, sí podría estar más limpio y el cuidador podría pedir que se respeten las reglas del lugar.
Como el lugar no tiene rejas y el acceso es completamente abierto, durante nuestra estancia llegó un grupo de jóvenes a las 3:00 am a echar fiesta en el lugar. Nada contra ellos, finalmente se entiende que son locales y seguro el lugar se frecuenta de esta manera entre los jóvenes del lugar, pero si alguien está pensando en ir a acampar debería tomarlo en cuenta ya que bien podría pasar.
Otro punto que me parece importante es que los cambiadores están llenos de panales pequeños de avispas, que tal vez podrían ser peligrosos en algún momento.
El lugar está muy a gusto para ir con amigos a relajarse, pero creo que si mejoraran algunos detalles podría mejorar considerablemente.
 The place is fine although it could improve.
When I went, there was some garbage around the water basins and although the instructions mention it, there were people literally bathing with soap.
There is a caretaker, an elderly man, who was also bathing with soap in the sinks during the stay.
In my case, I stayed to camp in the place. There is no detail about this since they charge you $ 20 pesos per person, which is super cheap and is fine, but I wish that money went to the maintenance of the place since although it is not full of garbage, it could be cleaner and the caretaker could ask that the rules of the place be respected.
As the place does not have bars and the access is completely open, during our stay a group of young people arrived at 3:00 am to have a party in the place. Nothing against them, finally it is understood that they are local and surely the place is frequented in this way among the young people of the place, but if someone is thinking of going camping they should take it into account since it could well happen.
Another point that seems important to me is that the changing tables are full of small wasp combs, which could perhaps be dangerous at some point.
The place is very comfortable to go with friends to relax, but I think that if they improved some details it could improve considerably.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a natural hot spring, don’t expect lavish American ideals, this is a natural place for people from neighboring towns. Definitely a place to get away from everything to heal your joint pains.
** don’t go at night unless you go with family or friends who know the land because you could fall off the cliff.
*there are no street lights to guide you to the hot spring nor are there lights at the location
