★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, fuimos y no estaban en servicio y la mujer que nos atendió muy mamona , ya nos quería cobrar hasta por solo quedarnos ahí un rato para poder descansar del viaje puesto que nunca decía que las albercas estaban fuera de servicio, fue demaciado grosera ??♀️??♀️
 Very bad service, we went and they were not in service and the woman who attended us was very stupid, she already wanted to charge us even for just staying there for a while to rest from the trip since she never said that the pools were out of service, she was too rude ??♀️??♀️

Well, the spa is very spacious, 7 pools and a large slide, the detail here is that the water is cold, arriving at type 3 or 4 so that the water is not so cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El agua está fría pero no tanto, se tolera. La entrada está en $60 adultos y si llegas temprano agarras buen lugar y tienes sólo el balneario.
The water is cold but not so much, it is tolerated. Admission is $60 for adults and if you arrive early you get a good place and you only have the spa.
