★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Balneario muy completo,con gran variedad de albercas,chapoteaderos y toboganes.,ideal para cualquier edad. Llévate tu hielera,tu comida y/o para hacer carne asada (hay asadores).,en fin muy ameno el ambiente.
Very complete spa, with a great variety of pools, wading pools and slides, ideal for any age. Take your cooler, your food and / or to make roast meat (there are grills), in short, the atmosphere is very pleasant.

It is not very nice although it is worth it because the water is spring but the bathrooms are super horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para el costo($100 pesos adultos y niños, sin distinción de edades) le hace falta más, los baños están muy descuidados, al igual que las regaderas, sin puertas, sucios, parecen bodegas.
Las albercas les hace falta más limpieza, en general está descuidado.
Ventaja de que es agua de manantial y está corriendo, está sombreado, hay asadores, mesas y sillas con costo extra, hay venta de alimentos y bebidas, dejan ingresar hieleras y alimentos.

After paying they said they had a family gathering and could not provide us the food service. We opted for leaving immediately as we had not had any meals the day we came here, asked if we could get a full refund because we weren't getting the service we expected and wanted to go elsewhere. The lady said that they had a no refund policy even if we didn't use any of their services or installations. I personally left with a bad taste and wont ever come back, not worth the long drive and rough roads I took to come here. Their staff needs better attitude, this isn't the way to run a business here specially when there is a lot of competition (all restaurants by the beach).
