El equipo tiene 5 años y no tenía nada roto o destruido, pero para el técnico al realizar la revisión curiosamente ya estaba dañado. Me sale más caro la reparación del marcó que la misma cámara, y ahora tengo mi PC con el marcó dañado, mi esposa molesta por el mal servicio y la PC... No se pudo reparar, gaste dinero y no quedó. Muy triste con su servicio y pésima atención. Solían tener ciber, pero por la pandemia se quitó ese servicio. También cuentan con impresiones y computadoras. Excellent technology service center. c	cxHunter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vengo a dar a exponer mi queja, compré mi equipo en este lugar.Mandé a garantía mi laptop y me la entregaron no paso ni un mes y volvió a fallar y ahora me dicen que la garantía no es extendible y que ya pasó la prueba de 30 días y ya no pueden hacer nada, pueden revisar el equipo pero si una pieza está mala eso ya sería costo por parte tuya y solo pueden ayudarme con la instalación, Pero si requiere algo más eso ya yo lo tendría que pagar. Se excusan diciendo "La pueden revisar pero si es cambio de alguna pieza, eso corre por cuenta del cliente, que no se hacen responsables de que una pieza haya fallado el cliente sabía que estaba comprando algo de medio uso, no podemos asegurar cuánto tiempo de vida tiene el equipo" Se supone que son técnicos que pueden evaluar los equipos y saben cómo determinar si un equipo están en buenas condiciones, y si no lo están no deberían ponerlas en venta, están vendiendo cosas a la suerte porque ni ellos saben si fallaran en un futuro, estoy consiente de que el equipo es de medio uso, pero mínimo esperaría que me durará más de 1 mes y medio. Prefiero llevar el equipo en otro taller y me cobren la reparación o vender el equipo como deshueso que llevarlo con ellos y que al mes vuelva de nuevo por otra reparación del mismo equipo, me voy con un mal sabor de boca de este lugar, me había recomendado el taller e investigue en la página antes de comprar, y note ciertos comentarios sobre el taller pero uno no escarmienta en piel ajena y quise darles una oportunidad ya que una persona me recomendó el equipo, lástima que haya acabado así, futuros compradores les invito a investigar a fondo la calidad de los equipos, sean cuidadosos al comprar y tengan más de una opción al comprar.
