Llamamos para pedir la pizza con anticipación de 1 hora 20 minutos, fuimos a la pizzería para recoger ¡Dios mío! la orden NO ESTABA LISTA y de la hora en que debían entregarme, pasaron 35 MINUTOS MAS y finalmente recibimos la comida pero, la pizza venía QUEMADA, entonces se lo mostramos al señor de la caja y al del horno, nunca nos ofrecieron DISCULPAS POR TARDARSE DEMASIADO (casi 2 horas), NI POR LA PIZZA QUEMADA. A estas alturas cualquier disculpa no sirve que me la den, son sólo palabras, puedo pasarles un número de cuenta para la devolución de mi dinero. WE WILL NOT RETURN! We called to order the pizza 1 hour 20 minutes in advance, we went to the pizzeria to pick up OMG! the order was NOT READY and the time they were to deliver me, 35 MINUTES went by and finally we received the food but, the pizza came BURNT, so we showed it to the man with the box and the oven, they never offered APOLOGIES FOR TAKING IT TOO MUCH (almost 2 hours), NOR FOR THE BURNED PIZZA. At this point any apology is useless if they give it to me, they are just words, I can pass you an account number to refund my money.
