I don't give it a star because there is a very nice girl in particular who cut my girl's hair very well and combed her hair very beautifully on 2 occasions. Also the facilities are nice. But the attitude of the manager is terrible. They treat you as a number and not as an individual. I asked my daughter to have a hairstyle that the girl clearly did not master. My 4-year-old daughter sat in the chair for an hour and a half with the best attitude. However, it was a horrible hairdo. The girl struggled a lot to make the braid. Other girls gave him instructions on how he could get the hairstyle and in the end, it just didn't fit. When I went to pay, extremely disappointed, knowing that I would have to get home to comb it myself from scratch, I find myself surprised that the manager charges me more than the regular value because according to her the hairstyle was very intricate and took a long time. When it was a simple braid at the top and more of the Chinese (my daughter already has wavy hair). The braid was undone before leaving the aesthetic. They charged me more for bad service and also ruined my schedule by having to invest twice as much time as that hairstyle takes, due to the incompetence of the worker. And the worst of all is that my daughter looks at me with an illusionary face and asks me if she looked like a princess. To which I had to answer with a broken heart that "yes". She was going to a photo shoot. In the end she went to the session with my hair done. Money and time wasted. I would not return just because the manager must have realized the bad job and assigned another girl or simply not overcharged for that decadent hairstyle.

They sanitize the facilities every time they finish with a client before the next one enters. They have very good control of measures against COVID. Only one child can access accompanied by only 1 adult. The appointments are totally punctual. If you arrive earlier you are not allowed to enter, you wait correctly outside because inside by allowed capacity. Excellent!! And the haircut service I loved! Congratulations!

After a first visit with an experience that had areas of opportunity, we were pleasantly surprised by the follow-up and customer service provided by the owner of Bambino's. Going the extra mile to satisfy your customers is not something you see in every business. On a second visit, the experience was totally different, even when the little ones we had (6 to 12 months) cried as expected, the young ladies were able to calm and entertain them in order to complete the cut properly. Likewise, the cut they recommended was simple to be able to comb them at home, something we were looking for. It is a recommended place for the service of your little ones, but I suggest mentioning your needs (attention and cutting) when making the appointment.
