★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an extremely bad experience here. I asked for a leg wax, she just did the front part of my legs, not the back. Even on the area that was waxed I probably had still 50% of the hair left afterwards. I asked for an integral bikini wax, she did the top part only and not the lips area. I asked her three times to do an integral and she just didn't, even though it was clearly communicated in Spanish before hand on WhatsApp. She eventually just stoped and left the room without finishing even though they charged $67 USD. Complete waste of my time and money. Avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I happened to pass by this place while out for a walk. I decided to get massage. It was half the price the hotel was charging. Best decision of the trip! Blanca is simply AMAZING! I got the massage, scrub and foot rub. Money well spent. Whenever I’m back in Cancun, I will definitely stop by. Ask for Blanca. You won’t regret it!

My masseuse was Rocio and she applied just the right amount of pressure and focused on my heels and arches where I was having the most soreness. The location is really convenient in the hotel zone and the facility is clean and very reasonably priced -- a much better value than what a lot of the hotel spas offer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing spa! Very clean and professional. My husband and I got 2x couples massages and a massage with scrap and both were phenomenal! Patty was my therapist and she was amazing! I was 5 months pregnant and she took wonderful care of me and my baby bump. Can’t wait to come back! Thanks ladies!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kymberly was awesome at thr reception. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Vanessa the massage therapist was great by very by the boom, as if in training. Massage was great but doing it with latex gloves is not the best feeling. The lemon grass infusion was top notch. Would recommend. And they have couples massage as an option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and hygienic place. The ladies here are really nice and very professional. I took the pedicure, haircut and deep cleansing facial here on my last day in Cancun. The ladies took great care of me. Now I feel bad for not going there sooner. Wish them all the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for a massage and had the best experience, Sara was very thorough. Definitely the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had, left there floating on a cloud. Would rate it 10 stars if I could, great place with great service. I’ll be back before the of my stay in Cancun

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome experience at Bamboo! First, due to the weather remaining sunny rather than raining as predicted, we pushed our appointment time 3 times in one day. They were very nice and accommodating. Secondly, we received a free ten minute fish therapy on our feet before our 50 min Swedish couples massage. Carmen and Lilia were fantastic. My boyfriend has had back pain for a long time and asked Carmen to focus on that area. After we left he said his back felt better, there was a huge difference. Lilia was perfect, great pressure, super professional. Third, our hotel was charging $300 for a basic couples massage - more expensive or at least comparable to spas in the states. We paid $50 each ($100 total) and the massages were top quality. Lastly, the location is right in front of Secrets the Vine smack dab in the middle of the hotel zone. Doesn’t get any better than that.
