Pesimo servicio, caro y muchos espacios muertos en el diseño. Te dicen una fecha y no cumplen, ni siquiera para cotizar. Hablas para quejarte y resulta que tu eres el grosero por decir las fallas que tienen en el servicio.

Pésimo servicio, se tardan mas de la fecha que te indican, los trabajadores super lentos, se les olvidan llevar piezas, cobran por todo, el granito lo entregan sin sellarlo, pésimo todo, no vuelvo a contratarlos.

Pésimo servicio, calidad y atención a clientes, garantías? No saben lo que es eso! No cumplen con las fechas de entrega, la instalación muy mal hecha, materiales baratos, si pagas algo extra pareciera que te lo regalan de la mala calidad de trabajo. Y ya que te instalan si quedó algo mal, olvidate que te contestaran los mensajes las supuestas “asesoras”. El granito segun viene presellado y se ve horrible, opaco y se mancha facilmente, te recomiendan que no le caiga nada solo agua... jaja es de risa! Si es una cocina, como pretenden que no caiga nada mas que agua! Para eso es el sellador que obviamente te lo cobran extra! Los que comentan como “excelente servicio” han de ser los mismos empleados o familiares, porque de 10 que conozco que les instalaron su cocina, 10 pesimas experiencias por contar!

Pésimo servicio, de verdad que nunca había recibido un trato igual. El material llegó después de 5 meses, hablé directo con la dueña y una actitud pésima como si me estuviera haciendo un favor. Ni lo que pagué por el servicio. No quedaron las medidas de lo estipulado y terminé con un modulo de cocina en la lavandería... Pésimo!

Dos meses después y no han podido terminar nuestra cocina. Granito mal instalado, módulos con perforaciones y maltrato, y la garantía inexistente. Es un servicio demasiado costoso como para que no tengan ni la cortesía de responderte por WhatsApp.

En mi opinión, no hay buen control de atención al cliente, se pide información y siempre nos dejan en visto o sólo comentan que lo revisan y ya no hay respuesta. Atención muy lenta, pues una vez que pagas el primer anticipo del 80% te mandan a espera de 2 a 3 meses para comenzar a instalar.
