En los tres siempre salí relajada y era lo que esperaba. El trato es cordial y en cada masaje te explican y también te preguntan si tienes alguna molestia para no lastimarte, me parece excelente. I have been a customer for a couple of years and have tried Swedish massage, hot stones and the latest chakra alignment. In all three I always came out relaxed and it was what I expected. The treatment is cordial and in each massage they explain you and they also ask you if you have any discomfort so as not to hurt yourself, I think it is excellent.

Las manos de la terapeuta que me realizó el facial, simplemente increíbles... un lugar súper agradable y súper limpio El masaje igual, de 5 estrellas, no me causo ningún dolor al siguiente día y me relajó totalmente... Ya que tienen puntos a favor, sin embargo creo que la atención puede mejorar, me apresuraron mucho para terminarme mi bebida, entraban y salían de la habitación, (imagino para ir por algún material) lo que era un poco molesto porque se supone debes estar relajada y no escuchar como cierran y abren la puerta. En cuanto al masaje, me gustó, me descontracturo el cuello pero siento que no abarcaron bien todas la zonas. Fui con mi mamá que tiene problemas en columna y lo que menos le tocaron fue a nivel lumbar (que es donde está su cirugía) siendo que si lo comento, y en otros lados no escatiman en tocarla en esa zona para darle masaje. Espero esto ayude a mejorar el spa. Saludos The place is very nice and cozy. I give my honest opinion based on my experience. Since they have points in their favour, however, I think that the service can improve, they rushed me a lot to finish my drink, they came in and out of the room, (I imagine to go get some material) which was a bit annoying because you are supposed to be relaxed and not hear how they close and open the door. As for the massage, I liked it, it relaxed my neck but I feel that they did not cover all the areas well. I went with my mom who has spinal problems and the least touched was at the lumbar level (which is where her surgery is) and I do mention it, and in other places they do not skimp on touching her in that area to give her a massage. I hope this helps improve the spa. Greetings
