★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No te dejan el color como lo solicitas siendo que el cabello de mi esposa era virgen, nunca te dicen que para mantener el color se debe comprar un shampoo especial, le meten mano como 3 personas, y no con la que se hace la cita (que en este caso fue la SRITA THALIA), le dejaron el cabello naranja y al regresar para que lo arreglen ni siquiera lo hizo la que se supone hizo el primer tratamiento, super mal servicio y mala experiencia, nunca mas regreso.
They do not leave you the color as you request it being that my wife's hair was virgin, they never tell you that to maintain the color you must buy a special shampoo, they put their hands on it like 3 people, and not the one with whom the appointment is made ( which in this case was MISS THALIA), they left her hair orange and when she returned to get it fixed, the one who was supposed to have done the first treatment did not even do it, super bad service and bad experience, she never returned.

Hace seis meses me cortaron el cabello súper disparejo pero decidí darles una segunda oportunidad, y esta vez el tinte no cubrió mis canas y comenzaron a justificar y enfatizaron el hecho que eran culpa de mi cabello haciéndome sentir súper incómoda.
The customer service is good, but the quality of the service leaves a lot to say. Six months ago they cut my hair super uneven but I decided to give them a second chance, and this time the dye did not cover my gray hair and they began to justify and emphasize the fact that it was my hair's fault making me feel super uncomfortable.
