★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precioso fraccionamiento, tiene una alberca con altura máxima de 150 cm y área de chapoteadero. La temperatura del agua la mantienen de acuerdo a la temperatura del día. Mantienen limpia el agua. No se permite beber o comer en la orilla (por obvias razones) y cuenta con sombrillas, mesas, sillas y camastros plegables. Cuenta con horario hasta las 10:30 pm. Los departamentos son compactos. Las personas son tranquilas y no hacen escándalo. Cuentan con guardias de seguridad que se encuentran las 24 horas. Además se encuentra justo al lado de una farmacia Guadalajara. Al lado se encuentra un restaurante "Mangu" y queda a unas cuadras de Walmart. Muy lindo sitio en general.
Beautiful subdivision, it has a pool with a maximum height of 150 cm and a wading pool area. The water temperature is maintained according to the temperature of the day. They keep the water clean. It is not allowed to drink or eat on the shore (for obvious reasons) and it has umbrellas, tables, chairs and folding loungers. It has hours until 10:30 pm. The apartments are compact. People are calm and don't make a fuss. They have security guards who are there 24 hours a day. It is also located right next to a Guadalajara pharmacy. Next door is a restaurant "Mangu" and is a few blocks from Walmart. Overall very nice site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This condo complex has a neighborhood feel to it. There are families with kids, retirees, and guests like us who stay for a few days. The pool is a really nice facility to have. It's open until 2200h and is cleaned weekly. The shape allows for groups to have some privacy while sharing the pool with others. We rented a unit here for a week. One comment I have on that that I think has more to do with the building's structure is that there were times the washer/dryer area of our apartment smelled of sewage. I don't know if that's limited to our tower. There are about 6 towers. This complex is close to Guadalajara Farmacia and Oxxo (convenient stores), and some neighborhood eats for a short walk.
