Booked Coba, a cenote and Mayan Family visit day trip with Antonio Rocha. He came to our hotel and sold us the package for $49 USD pp. Best price and good trip. We were leary at first but everything he told us happened. Much less expensive than hotel lobby tour offered for what we believe was the same trip. Highly recommended.

My husband and I went to Mexico on our honeymoon and arrived into Playa Del Carmen not having anything booked or planned. We went for a little stroll and stumbled across beautiful Erica and the Bannu Tours Porto. From the outset she was so welcoming and so friendly. We had 5 days to make the most of what that part of Mexico had to offer so we made the most of it with Erica's help. We booked a day trip to Isla Mujeres, a day trip to Chichen Itza, A day trip to Cozumel and the a fun day out at a water park called Xplore. Every morning she met us at our air b n b or at her office and she escorted us to meet the guide for that days excursion! Every night she messaged me with regards to what time to meet up and what we would require the following day! She went above and beyond what was required of her. She made our time in Playa so lovely and we kinda felt safe knowing that we could have rang her at any time if we got into trouble. Went for a week to Playa del Carmen with my boyfriend. A lot of tour offers where made to us but they were extremely expensive almost like taking advance of us. Then we found Bambú Tours and Erica helped us. She was extremely helpful and to the point as well as gave us the best tours according to what we wanted to do not what everyone does. Keep it up Erica! :)

I tried calling this place twice to ask why the tour to Chichen Itza is 12 hours. Was hung up on twice! Doesn't give much confidence in them, definitely not booking with them.

Booked a tour to Las Coloradas & Rio Lagartos on Booking.com and the excursion was operated by Bambu Tours. I had a very hard time finding their contact details as they do not even have a website nor an email address. Once I finally located their actual phone number, they were very slow in getting back to me regarding the pick up time at the hotel. Due to their lack of professionalism and responsiveness, I ended up cancelling the tour, requested a full refund to Booking and booked the tour again via Rosa Tours.
