★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar y atención, mi mamá me hizo favor de depositarme dinero a mi afore y le dijeron que ahí no se podía porque, supuestamente, no es mi sucursal donde lo tramité ??? o sea, yo fuí hace unos años y ahí lo tramité. Ni siquiera se supieron su número de sucursal, que oso Banamex.
Terrible place and attention, my mother did me a favor of depositing money with my afore and they told her that it was not possible there because, supposedly, it is not my branch where I processed it ??? that is, I went a few years ago and there I processed it . Their branch number was not even known, which Banamex bore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanta esta sucursal siempre tiene personal tanto para la atención en el banco como en los cajeros automático, excelente servicio en general si es de alta concurrencia por lo que tus tiempos de espera serán moderados a altos, lo recomiendo ampliamente visitalos.
I love this branch always has staff both for the attention in the bank and in the ATMs, excellent service in general if it is of high concurrence so your waiting times will be moderate to high, I highly recommend visiting them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta sucursal cerro operaciones el pasado 13 de Enero 2022. Es una lastima, me quedaba cerca de mi casa y la atencion era buena, me ayudaron siempre en todo momento y con muy buena actitud. No se si sea un edificio historico y me preocupa que sea demolido para departamentos.
This branch closed operations on January 13, 2022. It's a shame, I stayed close to my house and the attention was good, they always helped me at all times and with a very good attitude. I don't know if it's a historic building and I'm worried it will be demolished for apartments.

Terrible service ! The one who gives you shifts is super despot and just physically assaulted my family member and well the manager, not to mention worse. They took too long in such an easy role.
