★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención, aunque es un poco molesto llegar y que todos quieran estacionarse justo frente a la entrada, autos detrás de otros, autos atravesados e inclusive invadiendo un carril de la avenida, tal parece que no se dan cuenta que justo detrás de la sucursal hay un estacionamiento y con sombra, tal vez no pertenezca a la sucursal pero si lo pueden usar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, tienen 7 cajas y solo 3 disponibles, ah y servicio al cliente solo una persona atiende, que porque es la única capacitada, se tarda aproximadamente de 15 a 30 min por cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A diferencia del que está en Santa Cruz, aquí si están bien organizados, si hay gente, pero poco se puede hacer para mejorar, quizá unos toldos para sombra o lluvia para quienes están afuera, pero no se puede apresurar más el servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es increíble cómo se tardan en atender, tuve que esperarme 1 hora y media para que me atendieran hasta el final y en 10 min.
Me dio muchísimo coraje que sólo una persona atendiera en servicio al cliente, 7 cajas y ni un trabajador me atendía.
Para cuando iban a ser las 4, las personas que llegaron después que yo pasaron primero, ni siquiera se tardaban en atenderlas.
Después de las 4pm quedamos varios y una de las compañeras le ayudó al que estaba sólo en servicio, aproximadamente pasó a 3 personas y después cerró la caja.
Tampoco tienen "sincronizados" los números que dan al principio con las pantallas, lo cual retrasa el tiempo de atender.
