★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to change dollars for pesos and was told very politely that the bank does not do currency exchange for cash. One has to have a bank account to do currency exchanges. The staff at the Cajas / counters, are very polite, but the rest of the bank personnel seemed to busy to offer any help. Overall an average to poor experience.
