En Playa del Carmen, varias sucursales de Banamex están cerradas. Esta semana cerró la de Centro Maya. Y la de la ave 30, no está abriendo los sábados. Solo abre de lunes a viernes, y las filas afuera del banco son LARGISÍSIMAS. No he podido hacer un pago que el cajero automático no me acepta, tiene que ser en ventanilla. Y ya llevo varios días y aun no logro pagar. Basrante malo el el muy escaso servicio de esta empresa.
In Playa del Carmen, several Banamex branches are closed. This week the Centro Maya closed. And the one on ave 30, is not opening on Saturdays. It's only open Monday through Friday, and the lines outside the bank are VERY LONG. I have not been able to make a payment that the ATM does not accept, it has to be at the counter. And I've been there for several days and I still can't pay. Quite bad the very poor service from this company.

Кто из России здесь можно снять деньги в банкомате, комиссия 30 песо не важно сколько вы сняли. Это лучше чем в обменниках.

Que pésimo servicio el que dan en esta sucursal, he ido en 2 ocasiones a buscar mi plástico y en las 2 e salido decepcionado por la mala atención que dan los ejecutivos, para empezar, desde que llegas, no hay ejecutivos afuera en las filas para preguntar a que se debe la visita, luego te dicen que es por citas, no te dan un numero para sacar la cita, te piden que llegues antes de las 8 para agarrar turno cuando su hora de apertura es a las 9, llegan sin saludar o dar los Buenos días, no saben que responder si les haces una pregunta, no preguntan quien va con cita o quien no, no acomodan a la gente, no separan el 1.5m de distancia, no tienen señalizaciones. Los cajeros nunca tienen efectivo o siempre están fuera de servicio y tampoco se puede depositar en la practicaca. PESIMOOOO

Primera vez que asisto al banco y me pareció muy oportuna la atención amable desde que llegas a formarte, atendieron rápido a las personas formadas y pasaron a ventanilla o a otros asuntos sin hacernos perder tiempo...eso se vio muy profesional de parte del personal que estaba trabajando hoy miércoles 15 de septiembre, sigan así y no pierdan el interés por mantener ese gran servicio! Saludos!

Abrí mi cuenta de inversión y cuando fui a cancelar la cuenta de inversión para hacerla cuenta de ahorro me dijeron que la fecha para mover el dinero ya había pasado siendo que ellos me dieron esa fecha. Lo más reciente que me pasó con este banco fue que al usar el app para hacer compras y hablarles para preguntar sobre unos cargos que no me aparecían de dónde venían se enojó el primer señor que me contestó el teléfono diciendo que no salía de dónde era el cobro porque tarda de 24 horas a nueve días para salir en cobro en proceso,cosa que no es verdad porque yo llevo más de un año usando el app para comprar y ver mi balance y el cobro sale de inmediato a lo que por no responder a mi duda volví a hablar y el señor que me contestó al darle el monto que no reconocía me pidió que le proporcionara las dos últimas compras que se veían como en proceso y que al sumarlas daba aproximadamente 1600 pero el al sumarlas le daba 2100 pesos a lo que lo corregí y de manera burlona dijo ah sí.

I have 6 months dealing with a claim, they will fed you up; before they pay you! You pay to be insured and is the last thing that you are. Horrible customer service! Every single worker should be fire. Nobody does their job there. Wrong info or incomplete info. Useless people; but they easily charge you for anything for NO reason! Without any explanation.
