★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pinches huevones abren hasta las 9. Otroa bancos 8:30 ya estan atendiendo pero estos culeros son los mas pinches huevones y lentos. Pesimo servicio.
Pinches huevones open until 9. Other banks 8:30 are already attending but these culeros are the most punctual huevones and slow. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respetan tu turno, asistí hoy desde temprano para que el joven que reparte turnos se lo diera a otra persona cuando yo lo necesitaba, que molestia de servicio. No recomiendo asistir aquí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre esta sucursal en atención a clientes ha dado un PÉSIMO servicio. 1 hora para atender a 1 cliente y una sola persona dedicada a este servicio. Existen los bancos malos, pésimos y BANAMEX.
This branch in customer service has always provided a lousy service. 1 hour to serve 1 client and a single person dedicated to this service. There are bad, lousy banks and BANAMEX.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para atenderte, te dicen que tienes que llegar a las 8:30 a formarte por un turno. Llegué a las 8:15, y alcancé el último turno para... Las 2 pm!! La gente llega a formarse desde las 7 AM para que lo puedan atender en algún momento del día. Pero los turnos los empiezan a dar a las 8:30, así que hay que estar hora y media formado para que te atiendan quién sabe a qué hora. Y hay un número muy limitado de turnos.
To assist you, they tell you that you have to arrive at 8:30 to train for a shift. I arrived at 8:15, and reached the last shift for ... 2 pm !! People come to line up from 7 AM so that they can attend it at some point of the day. But the shifts start at 8:30, so you have to be in line for an hour and a half to be seen who knows what time. And there are a very limited number of shifts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo banco, pésimo servicio, pésimo eficiencia para atender. Una hora y no atienden ni a 2 personas. Te asignan turno en un área en donde no pueden ayudarte y se enojan cuando les reclamas.
Terrible bank, terrible service, terrible efficiency to serve. One hour and they don't serve even 2 people. They assign you a shift in an area where they can't help you and they get angry when you claim them.
