Pesimo service, very slow in all the days that I was visiting afore it took hours to attend and apart very often without a system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente muy lentos y se enfocan más en captar nuevos clientes en aforé, si ha eso le sumamos la forma descarada en qué pasan por delante a parientes y amigos la verdad visiten otras sucursales a menos de que tengan mucho tiempo disponible.
Terrible customer service very slow and focus more on attracting new customers in aforé, if that has added the brazen way in which pass by relatives and friends really visit other branches unless they have a lot of time available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola un saludo a todos, es realmente desagradable el llegar al área de los cajeros en el centro de los Mochis, ya que el lugar luce muy sucio, a decir verdad, ay asta basura de que dejan al parecer gente que consume alimentos ahí. Debería de haber vigilancia para evitar q se metan a comer ahí.
