Tenemos dos tipos de modalidad, una que cuenta con redisponibilidad: conforme lo vas pagando puedes volver a utilizar la línea de crédito disponible sin trámites adicionales, tus pagos periódicos se determinan conforme a un plazo para su cálculo, de redisponer se inicia nuevamente tu contador de pagos; y otra modalidad, sin redisposición: es decir, crédito simple, con plazo fijo de vencimiento y ambos con tasa de interés anual fija.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estará cerrado de manera temporal los sábados con motivos de la pandemia, los cajeros están disponibles para pagos y disposición de efectivo. Entre semans la atención es fluida, el personal es profesional y respetan las medidas de sanitización.
 It will be temporarily closed on Saturdays due to the pandemic, ATMs are available for payments and cash disposition. Between weeks the attention is fluid, the staff is professional and they respect the sanitation measures.

I have been there four times in two weeks expecting to be served by a desk executive. All four times I have had to leave without being attended after hours in line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De las veces que he venido, siempre me voy sin ser atendida de lo lento que son. No se cómo deciden a qué clientes atender porque no respetan las fichas de turno. En 1 hora, entre los 5 ejecutivos solo atendieron a 3 personas
Of the times that I have come, I always leave without being attended to because of how slow they are. I don't know how they decide which clients to attend because they don't respect the shift cards. In 1 hour, among the 5 executives they only attended 3 people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca hay sistema para tramitar la tarjeta de crédito, intenté en línea pero como siempre marca error y pide ir a sucursal, pero lamentablemente al llegar solo dicen que no hay sistema que vuelvas otro día, vas otro día y es lo mismo. Pésimo servicio.
There is never a system to process the credit card, I tried online but as always it marks an error and asks to go to the branch, but unfortunately when I arrive they only say that there is no system that you come back another day, you go another day and it's the same. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abre los sábados, sin embargo son tardíos para atender, las señoritas estaban platicando entre ellas, como si no hubiera nadie a quién atender y no obstante a causa de ello, personas que entraron mucho después de mí, salieron primero; una hora y media para sacar una tarjeta, en cambio en BBVA me tardé más en la fila que en lo que me dieron mi tarjeta.
It opens on Saturdays, however they are late to attend, the ladies were chatting among themselves, as if there was no one to attend to and yet because of it, people who entered long after me, left first; an hour and a half to get a card, but at BBVA it took me longer to wait in line than they gave me my card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo acudir a esta sucursal, super tardados, lentos..y manipulan los turnos como les da la gana. Aun teniendo lugar dentro de la sucursal prefieren dejar a la gente en el vil rayo de sol. Dan un pésimo servicio.
I do not recommend going to this branch, super late, slow... and they manipulate the shifts as they please. Even taking place inside the branch they prefer to leave people in the vile ray of sun. They give a lousy service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima organización para coordinar la fluidez de los clientes que sólo requieren hacer pagos en ventanillas, que son mayoría en cuanto a realizar trámites, pero principalmente el tráfico es por la obstrucción en la coordinación para atender a sus "priority" Que les otorgan a su disposición cualquier ventanilla, retrasando el avance de la fila. Especialmente en este Banco NECESITAN mejorar su nivel de atención y organización para distribuir a sus visitantes. Es ridículo esperar tan sólo en fila hasta dos horas o más por su falta de diligencia en algo que debería ser tan básico para semejante institución bancaria.
